The CO2 file (emission performance standards for new light duty vehicles and vehicle labelling) was approved this morning in the plenary, by 62 votes for, 17 against, and 1 abstention. You can find the minutes here.
The TRAN file was approved as well ; both files were then approved by the Commission and the Council.
